A graduate of Fayetteville State University, Quincy Deland Magby holds a bachelor’s in mathematics and a master’s in mathematics education. For more than two decades, he has been working as a financial professional in varying capacities. Quincy Deland Magby has also served as a college-level mathematics instructor in various schools across the states of Virginia, Arizona, and North Carolina.

As a financial professional, Quincy Magby worked for World Financial Group and Five Rings Financials before assuming his current responsibilities as owner of Eagle Pathways Financial, LLC in Virginia. As the owner of the company, he sells financial insurance products to clients and trains new agents. He has been leading Eagle Pathways Financial for five years and possesses a deep understanding of term life insurance, whole life insurance, Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans, and final expense life insurance.

Dedicated to staying abreast of changes in the insurance field, Mr. Magby holds a Virginia Insurance License and Property & Casualty License. Furthermore, he belongs to the Financial Planners Association. Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Magby is an avid sports fan and enjoys softball, tennis, and basketball. He also officiates sports and has volunteered to feed the homeless through Central Baptist Church.
